Acoustic and Amplifier
When JBL's advanced waveguide and transducer technologies combine with highly efficient amplification, pushing the system to its limits provides consistent coverage across the entire listening area.
EON710's woofer has been redesigned for lower impedance and higher efficiency, an enhanced horn provides smooth off-axis coverage, and JBL's powerful 2414H compression driver features a premium neodymium magnet for balanced response in a lightweight footprint. The speaker operates with 1,300 watts of ultra-efficient, Class D amplification for clean, clear sound. All of this ensures superior coverage, consistency, and intelligibility at any volume.
Advanced DSP and Control
EON710's advanced DSP package allows comprehensive control over EQ, limiters, delay, dbx Automatic Feedback Suppression, tilt, and more. Access settings from the speaker using the integrated backlit LCD screen or from anywhere in the venue using the JBL Pro Connect App. Built-in Bluetooth 5.0 streaming and control benefit from the latest protocol's security features, low latency, extended range, and improved sound accuracy.
System Versatility
EON710 speakers can be used as main PA speakers or floor monitors. Front and rear suspension points enable flying speakers; rear suspension points facilitate fixed installations using optional universal suspension mount bracket.
Molded index feet on enclosures allow for a variety of acoustic configurations and provide safe stacking for traditional upright configurations and convenient storage and transport. (Companion EON718S subwoofers have a geared pole for full-range speakers and can be easily stacked for cardioid configurations.)
Durable and Reliable
All audio products have a lifetime and JBL engineers are committed to keeping that lifetime as long as possible - not only for reliability but also for how good the system sounds every time it's turned on.
The EON710 is housed in a composite enclosure optimized by FEA for added durability without compromising on cabinet size or performance, benefiting from injection molding and mechanical shaping techniques. Computer-optimized ergonomic handles make carrying the boxes very easy.
Like all JBL Professional products, the EON710 undergoes rigorous testing that goes beyond all conditions it will face in the real world. Our industry-leading 100-hour power test ensures a long life for musicians and sound engineers to rely on JBL components in any scenario.
